Being that it’s now the Fall season, Pumpkin everything has taken over. Now as much as I love the Fall season, the amount of pumpkin desserts can easily allow anyone to slip up on their diet.
So with that said here’s a staple breakfast that allows me to get my pumpkin fix and stay lean at the same time.
But first here’s an awesome cinematic video I created for you below.
As you can see from the video, I use Trader Joes pumpkin butter. I literally can apply this butter on anything. You have a favorite protein bar? Spread pumpkin butter on it. Love coffee? Add some of this pumpkin butter and you got yourself a freshly made pumpkin brew of coffee.
Now even though this is a delicious alternative for pumpkin pie, you still need to apply it with moderation. Because at the end of the day, it’s still calories that you may or may not afford.

The next ingredient you’ll need is a bread called Dave’s Killer Bread. The bread if organic, has 21 whole grains, and has 5 grams of protein, 5 grams of fiber, 250mg of omega-3, and 22 grams of whole grains. It’s pretty much the complete package. Matter of fact, it’s so hard to find an organic bread that has protein mixed in. So when I first saw this at the store, I was estatic!
